We'll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions. Most issues can be resolved without needing to ship anything back.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Want to try a different product instead? We're happy to do exchanges. Just let us know what you'd like to swap for and we'll take care of the rest.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used. But if something's genuinely wrong—weird smell, texture issues, reaction—we'll always work with you regardless.
