Every order is handcrafted with care in Charleston, SC. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
During busy seasons (holidays, product launches), processing may take an extra day or two. We'll always keep you updated.
Free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Orders under $50: flat rate $5.95 shipping.
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided for all orders so you can follow your package's journey.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier and make sure you get your products—or a full refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
